Wet Painting

We provide wet painting for assemblies where powder coating is not the most suitable option due to size or technical requirements.

Where needed, surfaces are prepared by shot blasting before painting. Based on the product’s operating environment and the customer’s technical specification, we select the appropriate combination of primer, intermediate coat and topcoat to achieve the required protection, colour and finish quality.

• Suitable for large and complex assemblies – wet painting allows us to finish components and welded structures that cannot be processed on a powder coating line.
• Thorough surface preparation – components can be shot blasted before painting to ensure strong coating adhesion and long-term corrosion protection.
• Coating systems matched to the application – primers and topcoats are selected according to customer requirements and operating conditions, including rail and other demanding industrial applications.
