SLS 3D Printing

Saada päring→We provide industrial 3D printing services using Nylon 12, a strong and versatile material suitable for a wide range of functional parts. For larger orders, TPU is also available — a flexible, rubber-like material ideal for components that require elasticity and durability.
SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) technology uses the surrounding powder to support parts during the printing process. This eliminates the need for separate support structures, making it especially well suited for complex geometries, intricate designs and functional components.

3D Scanning

Saada päring→Our 3D scanning technology captures the precise geometry of physical objects and converts them into accurate digital models. It is ideal for reverse engineering, creating CAD models for future production, and improving existing products by scanning a component, modifying the model and producing an updated version.
The scanner is fully mobile, allowing us to carry out measurements directly at the customer’s site or around larger objects. Within Saku Metall Group, we also use 3D scanning for quality control and dimensional inspection to ensure products meet demanding quality standards.
