Saku Metall Subcontracting manufactures sheet metal assemblies according to customer requirements. The production processes include product development, punching, laser cutting, bending, welding, surface treatment, and final assembly. I joined Saku Metall more than 20 years ago because I had heard many good things about the company and felt it was time to take the next step in my career.
From my very first days, I was welcomed by friendly people and a positive atmosphere. The company has developed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained the same – people’s opinions are valued, and Saku Metall continues to create an environment where it is good to work. That is why I am still here today.
I joined Saku Metall Uksetehas nearly 10 years ago and have worked in several different roles during that time. At one point, I decided to challenge myself in another company, but a few years later I returned to Saku Metall because I felt this was the right place for me.
The friendly atmosphere and great team events make it an enjoyable place to work. Most importantly, if you are proactive and want to grow, Saku Metall offers plenty of opportunities to develop.
Saku Metall made a very positive impression on me already during the interview process. Thanks to supportive mentors and a helpful team, settling into my new role was much easier than I had expected.
